By creating an account or using KreatorNest, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
02Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your password safe. Please keep your profile accurate and up to date.
03Creators and brands
KreatorNest connects creators with brands. Each collaboration is an agreement between the creator and the brand involved.
04Content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You must have the rights to anything you upload or share on KreatorNest.
05Privacy
We only use your information to run and improve KreatorNest. We never sell your personal data. To understand how the site is used, we record visits and interactions (pages viewed, buttons clicked, the device and approximate location) using cookies and PostHog, an analytics service. Once you sign up or log in, this activity is linked to your account. Recordings never include what you type into forms, such as passwords or phone numbers.
06Changes
We may update these terms as KreatorNest grows. We will let you know about important changes.
